Shipping policy

PROCESSING

Please allow 1-5 business days for processing all orders. (Monday-Friday) This means that after an order is placed, it may take up to 5 days for the items to be shipped. 

(Example: If you order with us on a Monday, the 5th business day would be the following Monday.) 

We do not cancel orders after they have been processed. 

Once we have processed your order, all shipping and delivery questions should be directed to USPS with your tracking number. 

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the item(s) purchased. 

We will work as fast and efficiently as we can to ship out all orders but please note that due to COVID-19 impacts, there could be a delay with USPS. 

Please make sure to reach out ASAP if you need a change of address. We are able to change the address before the order has been processed, but not after.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all site policies, terms & conditions are read and understood prior to purchasing.
