Refund policy
At this time, we are only accepting returns that are damaged when received and/or if we sent you an incorrect item. (color, size, etc.)
If those apply to you, please email at whatisgabba@gmail.com with your full name, the reason for the return, order number, and photo of the item. We will only accept email inquiries that were received 3 days of receiving the item.
If your return is accepted, we will send you the following steps as well as reimburse you store credit. We are only issuing store credit for returns. Please note all shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
